A pioneer in integrated marketing technologies, Albert established his first business in 1986 and has built a solid track record as an entrepreneur spotting trends and profitable ventures. Albert drives strategic growth and continuous improvement that are key drivers for extractX growth.
George is a CPA with over 45 years of providing financial, accounting and tax advice across a broad spectrum of industries. George was a partner with KPMG from 1985 to 1998 and joined BDO Dunwoody as Partner in Charge of Management Consulting and Specialty Services. In 2002 George built his own boutique accounting, tax and consulting practice. He has been involved with extractX since its inception, acting as external accountant and advisor and now as CFO.

George has a PhD in Organic Chemistry (University of Paisley/Holt Radium Institute), completed post-doctoral work in Medicinal Chemistry at Tufts University and the University of North Carolina, and is a Graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry. His career spans 30 years in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. His research ranges from cancer therapy to the preparation of CMC documentation under cCMP control in support of New Drug Applications.

Built with Collin’s expertise and leadership, extractX mobile labs are counted among the most advanced, automated, and GMP compliant medical-grade facilities in the world.
Albert is the founder of Tri-Media Marketing & Publicity Inc. and Co-CEO of extractX. As the President and CEO of TriMeda, Albert provides the team with extensive digital expertise, considerable marketing savvy and forward-looking leadership at every level of the operation. Albert Iannantuono established Tri-Media Marketing & Publicity Inc., an integrated marketing communications agency, in 1986. In 1995, as the internet was just starting to become part of the marketing mix, Albert took the opportunity to expand the breadth of his marketing enterprise. As more and more of Tri-Media’s clients began inquiring about the eCommerce side of the marketing mix, Albert established a sister company, e-commatrix.com® inc. In 2005 he lead the team into merging all three sister companies together, to create a more focused solution to the market. His understanding of the advertising and marketing agency world gives him an understanding of the “channel” and allows him to communicate the Tri-Media Channel model well. He also leads the TM team in “new” product development. Albert’s broad expertise and experience has made him an invaluable part of the eXi team.
Keith Cumming, President of Prime Way Group, has extensive experience in developing and marketing consumer products and has won numerous business awards including Entrepreneur of the Year for both 1997 and 2003. While successfully introducing thousands of new products into the marketplace over the last 20 years, he has developed a unique business model, unduplicated anywhere. The company has not only established a creative, multi-layered distribution network, but also has the capability to develop a product from idea stage through to patenting, manufacturing, and marketing. Keith is also President and Chairman of Niagara Centre Land Developments Ltd. He also presides over Niagara Prime Properties, a real estate investment and management company. Keith would be an independent director.
After earning a degree in International Business and an advanced Diploma in International trade, Geoffrey started his career at a series of startup ventures in the US, New Zealand, and Bangladesh.
Geoffrey then spent six years in the beekeeping industry, where he successfully brought several innovative new products to market, including the mobile honey trailer, an extraction technology that preceded the extractX offering.
